SMALL GROUPS

Small group classes are a fun and affordable way to get the feel of a one on one training session but with the support and accountability of a larger group.

We can have groups of 2-4 people sharing the cost between everyone; all working on the same goals together, or working on their individual goals simultaneously. You can expect our trainers to tailor your workouts to your goals and needs while you workout with some friends, or you can expect to make some new friends during your journey!

Whether you come with your existing friends, or have us provide some new ones, Small Group Training is always a great option!
