TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

The Dynamics Fitness Transformation Challenge is a 6 week program we put together to help our clients outside of the gym get better, faster results. We focus on helping challengers create healthy sustainable habits in a "challenge" format to provide a little more motivation. Throughout the 6 weeks we provide challenges that will help you reach your body composition goals such as:

  • Hitting your calorie and protein targets

  • Getting a certain amount of steps in per day

  • And nailing your water intake

As far as what all of those numbers look like- We help you figure that out based on you and your goals.

Even though it's a 6 week challenge our goal is to help set you up for long term success.
